A Week of Waves, Balance, and Simple Living in Nicaragua
At Miramar SurfCamp, every day flows naturally between surf, movement, rest, and connection. There’s no rush, no pressure — just a rhythm shaped by the ocean, the tides, and the people around you.
Here’s what a typical 7-day Surf & Yoga experience looks like at Miramar.
Day 1 – Arrival & First Ocean Touch
You arrive, settle into your room, and immediately feel the slower pace of life. After a welcome briefing and a light stretch, many guests jump straight into the ocean for their first relaxed surf session.
The day ends with a home-cooked dinner and a sunset that sets the tone for the week ahead.
Day 2 – Foundations & Flow
Morning starts with yoga by the ocean, designed to wake up the body and prepare you for the day’s surf.
Later, you head out for a coached surf session, focusing on fundamentals, positioning, and confidence.
Afternoons are for rest, journaling, or simply watching the waves roll in.
Day 3 – Boat Trips & Exploration
This is when variety kicks in. Depending on conditions, the team takes you on a boat trip to nearby breaks, exploring different wave types and improving your adaptability in the water.
Evening yoga helps you recover, stretch tired muscles, and reset your energy.
Day 4 – Progress & Confidence
By now, the ocean feels familiar. You’re catching more waves, reading the lineup better, and surfing with more flow.
Yoga sessions focus on balance, mobility, and breath, supporting your progression both physically and mentally.
Day 5 – Rhythm & Community
Surfing becomes second nature. Mornings are active, afternoons are calm, and evenings often turn social — shared meals, conversations, and laughter with people from around the world.
This is when many guests say they feel fully connected to the Miramar vibe.
Day 6 – Flow State
The body is loose, the mind is calm, and surfing feels intuitive. Whether you’re riding green waves or simply enjoying long rides, this day is about presence and enjoyment, not performance.
Yoga closes the loop, grounding you before the final day.
Day 7 – Closing the Circle
The last day is reflective. One more surf, one more stretch, one more moment to appreciate the ocean and the community you’ve become part of.
Most guests leave stronger, calmer, and already thinking about coming back.
