After months of no surf at Puerto Sandino and an unusual rainy season, Puerto Sandino is finally back to its best. As the saying goes, *"After the storm comes the calm,"* and the waves are now offering world-class barrels with minimal crowds. Surfers are enjoying unforgettable sessions at Puerto Sandino, Nicaragua, and with the last big storm of the season expected around November 12th, conditions should remain prime through the end of the year.

As October comes to a close, many expect the typical rainy weather and onshore winds that characterize this season in Nicaragua and in the whole Central America.
