Central America and possesses a rich history.

Leon is a university town with an exciting nightlife, modern atmosphere,

and excellent shopping.

Situated on the northwestern shore of Lake Nicaragua, the colonial city of Granada

is a great place to spend the day exploring and enjoying the culture of Nicaragua.

You can end your day on the Calle La Calzada, home to international

restaurants, street performers and artisans.

After a 20-minute hike, you can swim in the cool, freshwater lagoon, which

provides an incredible view of a volcano.

As you can see from the picture, the scenery is amazing!

Fishing from the rocks out in front of the hotel is always an option.

Just ask us too use some equipment and get on it!

There are some big snook that live in the rocks near the shore!

If you walk down the beach a few minutes there is a small jetty that you can fish

next to also. We can provide all the equipment necessary to go fishing!

We can go out with local fishermen who know great places to

catch tuna, snapper, mahi-mahi, snook, mackerel and more!

If the waves are down (not often), or you need a break from paddling we have

a few options for a great day:

We can either hop in the boat or drive up to a pristine estuary. We can sit in the

shade of the mangroves and catch some fish or just spend some time watching the

wildlife inhabiting the area. You will have the chance to see Monkeys and Birds in the

trees, Crocodiles and Iguanas along the monkeys and Birds in the trees, Crocodiles and

Iguanas along the banks and many different types of sea life all around.
